At Kermani Concierge Medicine, visits are never rushed. New patient appointments are sixty minutes, and follow-ups are thirty minutes—allowing time for meaningful conversation and truly personalized care.
Patients have direct access to Dr. Kermani and their Care Coordinator, ensuring questions are answered promptly and care remains seamless.
Before your first visit, our team obtains and reviews your medical records so Dr. Kermani begins with a complete understanding of your health. This thoughtful preparation allows care to start with insight, not guesswork—and places as much focus on prevention as on treatment.

- Base Membership: $3,000 per person annually
- Couples: 10% discount when signing up together (10% discount over individual rate)
