• New patient appointments are scheduled as a 60-minute session
• Returning patient appointments are scheduled as a 30-minute session
• Unlimited visits with no copays, deductibles, or co-insurance owed to us
• Access to Dr. Kermani’s cell phone for after-hours and emergencies
• Guaranteed same-day or next-business-day appointments
• Expedited referrals — often handled personally by Dr. Kermani
• Access to a Care Coordinator to arrange all details of your medical care
• Medical records gathered and reviewed before the first appointment
• Hospital records retrieved and reviewed before your post-discharge follow-up visit
• Ongoing communication with the hospital team during any admission, so you're never left to navigate care alone
